　　太阳鸟公司创建于一九九三年三月，注册资本5000万元。二00二年五月与香港创富

企业投资成立珠海太阳鸟游艇公司，注册资本2500万元，是一家专注高性能新型船艇开

发与生产的高科技民营企业。太阳鸟公司是：
　　中国船艇协会副理事长单位；
　　全国小艇标准化委员会成员单位；
　　湖南百强民营企业与百强明星高科技民营企业；
　　中国人民解放军国防科技大学船艇研究试验基地；
　　国内最大的FRP新型船艇生产制造商

企业资产
　　太阳鸟公司现拥有资产1.5亿，占地面积28万平方米（其中湖南21万，珠海7万）。

年可生产各类船艇1000艘，收入达1.8亿元，是国内新型船艇的最大的制造商之一。

Established in March 1993, Sunbird Yachts has devoted itself into

manufacturing of fiberglass small water-crafts including yachts and

commercial boats. Currently, Sunbird owns two manufacturing bases: one

is inHunan Province, Central China, along the famous Yangtze Riber; the

other is in Zhuhai, Guangdong Province, South China, very close to Hong

Kong.

Sunbird Yachts is:
    The largest fiberglass boats manufacturer in China.

Currently, Sunbird Yachts has an total asset of RMB150 million, and a

work area of 280,000 sqm (where 210,000 in Hunan and 70,000 in Zhuhai).

Sunbird has a capacity of making 1,000 various boats a year, with an

approximate revenue of RMB180 million. Sunbird is one of the largest

fiberglass boat builders in China.
